Ambulatory
Service for individual clients who need minimal assistance to get in and out of a vehicle without requiring a wheelchair for transportation. Drivers will assist you to and from your destination.
*Please inform ahead of time during scheduling if a family member or caregiver will accompany the client.
Wheelchair Bound
Service for individual clients who require a wheelchair for transportation. Our wheelchairs has a weight capacity of 250 lbs. and ADA compliant with Q-Straints. Driver will assist you in and out of the vehicle, to and upon your destination.
*Blue Fin will provide a wheelchair upon request.
*Please inform ahead of time during scheduling if a family member or caregiver will accompany the client.
CPR & First Aid
All drivers and staff members are CPR & First Aid Certified through American Red Cross. All of our vehicles are equipped with First Aid Kits.

One Way
Wheelchair Transportation $70.00 pickup for the first 5 miles
* additional $3.00 per mile after 5 miles.
Ambulatory Transportation
$60.00 pickup for the first 5 miles
* additional $3.00 per mile after 5 miles.
Round Trip
Wheelchair Transportation
$140.00 pickup
* additional $3.00 per mile after 5 miles each way.
Ambulatory Transportation
$120.00 pickup
* additional $3.00 per mile after 5 miles each way.
